Joe Biden Mumbles and Coughs His Way Through Press Conference on CHIPS Program (VIDEO)

Joe Biden, Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer held a press conference on Tuesday to celebrate the CHIPS Act.

This was the morning after Democrats and Biden’s FBI raided President Trump’s home in a fishing expedition.

Joe Biden coughed and choked his way through his prepared remarks.

This was just days after testing positive for COVID.
