Joe Biden on Thursday met with Israeli President Isaac Herzog in Beit HaNassi, Jerusalem.

Joe Biden struggled through his remarks and many of his ‘jokes’ fell flat.
At one point Joe Biden said, “It’s hard to say these words, for over 50 years, I can’t be that long.”

After receiving the Presidential Medal of Honor, Joe Biden turned around and shook hands with a ghost.
President Isaac Herzog assisted feeble Joe and helped him walk over to a chair.
