President Trump reacted to Biden’s pathetic fall off his bike this morning with a hilarious meme.

This morning Joe Biden was riding his bike.  We don’t know how long he was riding but he rode his bike towards a group of people who all knew he would be there.  Biden appeared and then he fell over.  We reported on this earlier.

Tonight President Trump responded to Biden’s embarrassing mishap and it’s hilarious.
