America First candidate Diego Morales beat incumbent Indiana Secretary of State Holli Sullivan to win the state Republican Party’s nomination to run in the November election at the state GOP convention over the weekend.
Morales, an immigrant, veteran, and former Mike Pence aide, defeated the incumbant establishment Republican running on an America First platform with an emphasis on election integrity — the most important issue facing the Republican party today.
Diego Morales defeated Holli Sullivan and another candidate winning a majority of ballots during the second round of voting.
