The pro-abortion group that doxxed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and led protests at his Maryland home last month issued a statement Wednesday morning downplaying the arrest of an armed man near Kavanaugh’s home overnight who reportedly was intent on killing Kavanaugh.

Ruth Sent Us posted their statement to Twitter, “We are committed to non-violence. Fundamentalists will talk non-stop about how our peaceful protests inspired this, rather than the daily mass-murders in America. 😏 Oh, what was this “weapon” the “California man” had? If it was a gun or even a knife, police would say so. 😏”

However, at the same time the would be assassin was on location near Kavanaugh’s home, Ruth Sent Us tweeted an ominous message. CBS News reports a 911 call for a suspicious man near Kavanaugh’s home came in at 1:15 a.m. EDT. The Supreme Court said he was arrested at 1:50 a.m. Ruth Sent Us tweeted at 1:27 a.m., “We have been and we will continue to put in the work. We need to eject one corrupt theocrat from our Court. Taste just one win, witness one elite white man punished and discarded for his crimes, and then we can build on that.”

The statement was made in response to a lament that there is no “super hero” to protect abortion, “here is no super hero or magical remedy that can fix the ever piling issues that we face today. The only way we secure a woman’s right to safe and legal abortion, LGBTQ+ rights, democracy and a liveable planet is by putting in the work. Are you willing to do that?”
Half an hour before that, the “peaceful” protest group posted a cartoon inciting violence at the protests at Justices’ homes. The cartoon shows a ‘sexist’ man being violently maimed.

Very odd timing.
Police got a 911 call at 1:15am about a suspicious man near the home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh in Maryland. Per local police, the man is from California and was taken into custody. Into local police station. But this is now an FBI investigation.

Last month the group organized protests at the homes of the six justices appointed by Republican presidents.
11/ There’s a co-ordinated RW campaign claiming it’s a crime to protest at judges’ homes, citing 18 U.S. Code § 1507. That law criminalizes protesting at ANY building occupied by judges, including courts. If enforced, judges are above our first amendment rights. #Petition #1A pic.twitter.com/aK0li7EwSK
