Deadly Love Triangle: New York Campsite Linked to Yoga Teacher Who Killed Pro-Cyclist in Jealous Rage – Fugitive May be Using Sister’s Name

US Marshals believe Kaitlin Armstrong, the yoga teacher who killed her boyfriend’s lover in Texas last month, may have stayed at a remote campsite in upstate New York.

Kaitlin Armstrong may have been hiding out with her sister Christine Armstrong and authorities believe the fugitive may also be using her sister’s name to hide out.

Police say 34-year-old Kaitlin Armstrong, who has been on the run for MORE THAN A MONTH, shot and killed 25-year-old Moriah Wilson in a jealous rage on May 11 for having an affair with her boyfriend, Colin Strickland.

According to police, Wilson went on a date with Strickland in Austin the night she was murdered.

Armstrong had reportedly been stalking Moriah Wilson and killed her within minutes of her returning home from her dinner date.

Kaitlin Armstrong fled Texas after she fatally shot Moriah “Mo” Wilson and was caught on surveillance video walking through Austin International Airport with her yoga mat on May 14.

According to US Marshals, Kaitlin Armstrong was dropped off at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey on May 18 – one day after Austin police obtained an arrest warrant.

Then she disappeared.

US Marshals said there was no outbound flight reservation’s in Armstrong’s name.

According to Fox News, Christine Armstrong was connected to the remote campsite on May 17, just one day before Kaitlin Armstrong was seen at Newark International.

Fox News reported:

EXCLUSIVE: Kaitlin Armstrong, the Texas woman wanted in connection with the shooting death of professional cyclist and romantic rival Moriah “Mo” Wilson, may have visited a remote campground in upstate New York, Fox News Digital has learned.

A man who identified himself as a camper at the Camp Haven compound in Livingston Manor, New York, told Fox News Digital Wednesday morning that Armstrong’s sister, Christine, had been staying there for some time and that he had seen Kaitlin Armstrong, 34, about a month ago.

“She was [here] a while back,” he said. “Right before the whole thing blew up.”

He said U.S. Marshals and other law enforcement interviewed Christine Armstrong afterward.

Calls to a number listed in her name went unanswered, and her mailbox was full Wednesday.

The Marshals confirmed that they were aware of the location as part of the manhunt but stopped short of confirming the camper’s account — and would not confirm reports that Armstrong may have assumed her sister’s identity.

“We don’t know if she was actually at that specific location,” Deputy U.S. Marshal Brandon Filla told Fox News Digital. “There are many possibilities, but we have to have facts.”

US Marshals recently sent a message to Kaitlin Armstrong: “Come forward,” Deputy US Marshal Brandon Filla told NewsNation Prime on Friday. “Surrender to authorities. It’s just a matter of time. We’re working day in and day out. We’d like to safely bring you into custody so you can have your day in court and tell your side of the story.”

Kaitlin Armstrong is considered “armed and dangerous.”

According to law enforcement, Kaitlin Armstrong is 5′ 8″ and weighs 125 pounds with light brown curly hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on Kaitlin Armstrong’s whereabouts is asked to call the US Marshals Service Communications Center at 800-336-0102.
