The House of Representatives on Tuesday evening voted 368-57 to approve a $40 billion foreign aid package for Ukraine.
149 Republicans voted in support of the package, including Kevin McCarthy. Only 57 Republicans voted no.
The bill will head to the Senate.

Before the vote Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) took to the floor and rebuked the idea of sending another $40 billion to Ukraine when the border is wide open, inflation is out of control, and the stores are running out of baby formula.
I want to remind Congress we swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America.

Following her speech, top Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin accused Rep. Greene of “repeating Putin’s propaganda and disinformation.”

Because complaining about stores running out of baby formula is “Russia propaganda and disinformation.” Every day we get more and more proof that the American left is living in a fantasy world. They are a danger to the world.
