The New Mexico audit team that investigated the 2020 election in one county in the state is presenting their findings this evening.
The Gateway Pundit mentioned this presentation over the weekend. We’ve also reported that the chain of custody documentation in the county that was audited, Dona Ana, didn’t align with the ballots received.

Tonight we expect to hear that this same audit team identified that key election management system files for the November 3rd, 2020 general election were deleted in the Otero County Clerk’s Office while a full forensic audit was underway. This is a violation of NMSA 1-22-69 and federal law 52 USC 20701.

The only people with access to the EMS were county clerk staff and Dominion representatives.
