On Tuesday Joe Biden accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of committing acts of genocide in Ukraine.
He later doubled down and told reporters that Putin is committing genocide and is “trying to wipe out the idea of even being able to be a Ukrainian.”

His press secretary Jen Psaki was forced to play clean-up again today. Psaki told the far-left White House gaggle on Wednesday that Joe Biden still thinks it’s genocide but will not be sending troops into Ukraine to rescue the genocide victims.
