A black man was seen drawing a swastika on a building near Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
NYPD Crime Stoppers released video of a man wearing a grey and yellow hoodie, dark pants and tennis shoes drawing a swastika on a ‘no smoking’ sign earlier this month.

WCBS reported:
Police released video footage of a man wanted for drawing a swastika on a building near Grand Central Station earlier this month, officials said.
Authorities said the suspect drew a swastika on a “No Smoking” sign that was affixed to the exterior of the building on Thursday, March 10, at approximately 3:40 p.m., at 450 Lexington Avenue.
The suspect fled the scene on foot southbound on Lexington Avenue.
