Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will address the full Congress of the United States on Wednesday in a virtual address scheduled at 9 AM Eastern.

Zelensky’s address will begin at 9 AM eastern.

Speaker Pelosi introduced President Zelensky this morning.
