“Star Trek: Discovery” features Georgia Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacy Abrams as president of the United Earth in its upcoming season 4 finale.
Leftist ideology is infused in the episode “Coming Home,” which depicts Abrams as leader of a borderless government that rules over the entire planet.
Abram’s character is seen in the trailer declaring Earth as part of the interplanetary Federation.
“United Earth is ready right now to rejoin the Federation, and nothing could make me happier than to say those words,” she says. “There’s a lot of work to do, are you ready for that?”
The Democrat activist, who served as the Democratic Minority Leader in the Georgia House of Representatives before running to become the southern state’s governor in 2018, affirmed her interest in seeking the nation’s highest office in an interview that aired CBS’ Sunday Morning program last year.
“Do I hold it as an ambition? Absolutely,” Abrams said in the interview when she was asked about a potential future presidential run.

Last year, Abrams was nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for stuffing Georgia ballot drop boxes with questionable votes.
