Colorado Clerk Tina Peters Indicted One Week After She Releases Findings on Dominion Voting Machines in the State

Tina Peters, who was mercilessly attacked by the Soros-backed Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold and the state media, recently released a report on the hard drives of the Dominion voting machines used in the Colorado 2020 Election.  This report released on March 1, 2022, had several findings.

Tina Peters is the Election Clerk from Mesa County Colorado who backed up the voting machines in her county when the corrupt Secretary of State demanded that all voting machines be altered in a manner that erased election data (which is against the law) after the 2020 election.  Ms. Peters was attacked for her actions.  The FBI raided her home instead of investigating her claims.

Recently in early February Peters was interrupted at a local restaurant by police and arrested on some garbage charges.  What are the chances that Peters is being harassed and attacked because she knew too much?

Ms. Peters recently sent a report to the state of Colorado with the results from an investigation into the Dominion voting machines used in her state in the 2020 Election.  The report is damning.  It shows that the county’s voting machines were illegally certified and illegally configured in the 2020 Election.  The report lists a number of significant issues in the executive summary of the report.

Here is the full report from Tina Peters.

On Wednesday a Colorado Grand Jury indicted Tina Peters on several bogus felony and misdemeanor counts.
ABC News reported:

A grand jury in Colorado has indicted a county election clerk who sowed doubt about the 2020 presidential election, alleging she was part of a “deceptive scheme” to breach voting system technology that is used across the country, according to the indictment made public Wednesday.

Tina Peters, a Republican elected in 2018 to oversee elections in Mesa County, was charged with seven felony and three misdemeanor counts, including attempting to influence a public servant, criminal impersonation and first-degree official misconduct. Also facing charges in the case is Deputy Clerk Belinda Kinsley.

Over the past year, Peters has appeared onstage with supporters of former President Donald Trump who made false claims that the 2020 presidential election was stolen. Peters recently announced plans to launch a campaign for Colorado secretary of state, on the podcast of former Trump adviser Steve Bannon.

The indictment, filed in Mesa County District Court, alleges that Peters and Kinsley were part of a “deceptive scheme which was designed to influence public servants, breach security protocols, exceed permissible access to voting equipment, and set in motion the eventual distribution of confidential information to unauthorized people.”

An email seeking comment from Peters’ representatives was not immediately returned. Authorities said an arrest warrant had been issued. An attorney for Kinsley didn’t immediately return a call seeking comment.

State election officials first became aware of a security breach in Mesa County last summer when a photo and video of confidential voting system passwords were posted on social media and a conservative website.

The bottom line is Dominion will not allow ANY CREDIBLE AUDIT of their machines. It is not clear why they are still in use in this country? Tina Peters challenged them and now the Democrats are hoping to destroy her.
