Joe Biden on Friday delivered remarks at ironworkers Local 5 in Upper Marlboro, Maryland and signed an executive order for federal construction projects.
“The order will apply to $262 billion in federal construction contracting and impact nearly 200,000 workers” Reuters reported.

“Collective bargaining agreements are now a must for large-scale federal projects,” Courthouse News reported.
As always, Joe Biden’s short speech was inspiring.
Biden spoke gibberish before strolling around maskless and shaking hands.
“You know all what I’m about to, what I’ve said, and you know what I’ve done, and you know what we’re doing, and you know—I know what you’re doing,” said Biden.

This is the guy who got 81 million votes in 2020.

Biden mingled maskless and shook hands after he signed the executive order on Project Labor Agreements.
