Arizona House Speaker Turncoat Rusty Bowers: “Mr. Finchem’s Obviously Unconstitutional And Profoundly Unwise Proposal Will Receive All The Consideration It Deserves”

RINO Arizona Speaker of The House Rusty Bowers told reporters yesterday that Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem’s resolution to decertify three 2020 Arizona county elections is “obviously unconstitutional and profoundly unwise.”

Bowers has been no fan of election integrity or the full forensic of Maricopa County, which confirmed countless election law violations and hundreds of thousands of illegal or fraudulent ballots. The 2020 election was obviously unconstitutional, but Rusty Bowers did everything in his power to prevent the truth from coming to light.

All evidence from the Arizona audit and further investigations across the state has been delivered to Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who is allegedly conducting an ongoing criminal investigation.

The Gateway Pundit reported that Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem dropped a resolution to decertify three county elections and reclaim the 2020 Presidential Electors.

Finchem’s resolution, co-sponsored by ten Representatives and three Senators, is based on the plenary powers granted to the state legislatures by the Constitution.

HRC2033 states,

Whereas, Article I, Section 4, Clause 1 of the United States Constitution empowers state legislatures, including the Legislature of the State of Arizona, to prescribe the “Times, Places, and Manner” of conducting elections; and

Whereas, the definition of “manner” is at the sole discretion of the Legislature; and

Whereas, Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution empowers state Legislatures, including the Legislature of the State of Arizona, to direct the manner of appointing electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and

Whereas, Article IV, Section 4 of the United States Constitution, known as the “Guarantee Clause,” guarantees each state a republican form of government, the foundation of which is self-governance through free and fair elections accurately reflecting the will of the people; and

Whereas, the fifteen counties within the State of Arizona conducted an election on November 3, 2020 for federal offices, including selecting electors for President and Vice President of the United States; and

Whereas, the Legislature of the State of Arizona has exercised its authority to establish election administration procedures for the state under Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) title 16, commonly known as the Arizona Election Code; and

Whereas, title 3, section 2 of the United States Code further empowers state legislatures to appoint electors if the election failed to produce a clear winner of an election due to tampering;

When Arizona Republicans first called for decertification of the fraudulent 2020 election in December 2020, Rusty Bowers claimed the legislature “can not and will not” decertify.

Bowers made it clear yesterday that he will do everything in his power to crush this resolution.

Recently, Bowers assigned HB2596 to all twelve House committees to absolutely murder it. This bill would make early voting only available to absentee voters, require voting to occur on election day, and allow the legislature to audit and take action against fraudulent elections.

Fake news locals championed Bowers for the “kneecap” he delivered to the bill.

Jordan has played a critical role in exposing fraud and corruption in Arizona's elections and elected officials. His reporting on election crimes in Maricopa County led to the resignation of one election official, and he was later banned from the Maricopa County press room for his courage in pursuit of the truth. TGP and Jordan finally gained access after suing Maricopa County, America's fourth largest county, and winning at the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
