Joe Biden and Kamala Harris on Monday hosted governors at the White House for the National Governors Association’s annual winter meeting.
Joe Biden barely made it through his remarks to the governors.
“The American Rescue Plan was a lot of money…We’ve sent you a whole hell of a lot of money. And we’re going to send you more. Keep using it as well as you have,” Biden said.

After brief remarks, Biden said he was going to take questions.
Biden called on Utah Governor Spencer Cox as reporters shouted questions.
“They tell me I’m supposed to call on Governor Cox,” Biden said as his handlers shooed away the media.
