Lightfoot’s Chicago: Armed Men Carjack Cook County Judge as She Pulled into Her Garage with her 3-Year-Old Son

Ah, the joys of Democrat-run cities.

Chicago Judge Anna Loftus was carjacked outside of her West Town home on Thursday night. Judge Anna Loftus was able to get her 3-year-old son out of the car before the armed robbers took off with her car, purse, and iPhone.

CWB Chicago reported:

Carjackers put a gun to the head of a Cook County Circuit Court judge outside her West Town home on Thursday night — but the judge was able to get her 3-year-old son out of the car before the hijackers drove away with her vehicle.

The carjacking came one night after armed men robbed a West Loop restaurant valet attendant and escaped with luxury SUVs that belonged to two Chicago Blackhawks players.

According to a CPD report, the 52-year-old judge was pulling into her garage on the 1500 block of North Campbell when two men approached her around 11:31 p.m.

One of the men put a gun to the judge’s head and ordered her out of the car. The offenders robbed the judge of her purse and iPhone, then climbed into her 2018 Subaru Crosstek. The report said she was able to remove her 3-year-old boy from the back seat before the men left.

No injuries were reported.
