Joe Biden on Wednesday met with private sector CEOs to discuss his Build Back Broke agenda that is currently stalled in the senate.
A reporter asked Joe Biden about liberal justice Breyer’s retirement as Biden’s handlers were shooing the media out of the State Dining Room.

83-year-old Justice Stephen Breyer will retire from the US Supreme Court at the end of the current term after 27 years on the bench.
Joe Biden has pledged to nominate a black woman to the Supreme Court.
Biden dodged questions and said he will be “happy to talk about it later.”
“Every justice has the right and opportunity to decide…announce it on their own. There’s been no announcement from Justice Breyer. Let him make whatever statement he’s going to make. I’ll be happy to talk about it later,” said Biden.
