Joe Biden came on stage a full TWO MINUTES after being introduced at the National Christmas Tree Lighting at the Ellipse on Thursday evening.
The crowd awkwardly awaited in silence as Biden kept them waiting.
Music played for about 45 seconds until everything went silent.
“Alright! Good vibes! Good vibes!” host LL Cool J said as he reintroduced Joe and Jill Biden.
