Joe Biden on Tuesday signed four bills related to benefits for veterans.
“The bills addressed disparities in benefits, continuation of service, tuition for survivors, as well as a proposal to help mothers who have served.” CSPAN reported.

“We have many obligations but we only have one truly sacred obligation, mind you, and that is prepare those we send into harms way, care for their families when they’re gone and care for them and their families when they’re home. That’s a lifetime commitment. A lifetime commitment the nation owes to every one of our veterans,” Biden said.
After delivering remarks, Joe Biden signed the bills.
But he had no clue what he was signing since he didn’t read anything.
“Alright, here we go. Amend title—eh, I’m not gonna read it all. I’ll just sign it,” said Biden.
