WeTransfer Partners With ‘Spirit Cooking’ Witch Marina Abramovic’s ‘Time Capsule’

Months after Microsoft ignited public outrage over its partnership with Marina Abramovic, file-sharing platform WeTransfer launched a year-long collaborative project with the satanic cult leader.

Users attempting to share files on WeTransfer are inundated with a “wallpaper experience” and links to the company’s digital arts platform WePresent featuring Abramovic, a priestess notorious for performing satanic rituals under the guise of “performance art,” and her “immersive digital time capsule.”

According to WePresent, which garners 80 million monthly users in 190 countries, the “immersive digital and physical experience” is devised from The Abramović Method which invites the audience to involve themselves in exercises of breath, motion, stillness and concentration.”

“The WePresent and Marina Abramović partnership was conceived to explore the notion of legacy, and the transference of knowledge, ideas and creativity through generations,” the company states in its description of the digital exhibit. “Much of Marina Abramovic’s celebrated art focuses not on physical objects, but a transfer of energy: the elusive chemistry between people, the effects of time, and the shared experience.”

WePresent, headquartered in Amsterdam, maintains accounts of industry leaders including Google, Apple, Saint Laurent, Samsung, Balenciaga, Squarespace, Adidas and Netflix. The company began showcasing the Abramovic method on its site in June.

“The pandemic has offered an opportunity for digital platforms such as WeTransfer to explore what is possible when bringing culture online,” WePresents editor-in-chief Holly Fraser notes in a press release announcing the collaboration. “We hope this digital experience of The Abramović Method unearths not only new connections to the artist.”

The commission comes after Microsoft nixed a commercial featuring Abramovic’s promotion of its virtual reality headgear, Hololens 2.

Abramovic heralded the headset, which allows users to see digitalized imagery of their real surroundings, as a means to promote “performance art without boundaries.”

Microsoft’s ad featuring the witch amassed approximately 25,000 thumbs downvotes and only 626 thumbs upvotes, prompting the company Microsoft to remove the video from the internet.

While the mainstream media minimalizes Abramovic’s satanic rituals as performance art, in one such “performance,” she “carved a pentagram onto her stomach using a razor blade.

In 2016, the internet exploded after WikiLeaks published emails revealing Hillary Clinton and John Podesta were involved in “spirit cooking” with the occultist.

Lady Gaga, Marina Abramovic attend the 20th Annual Watermill Center Summer Benefit.

In footage of Abramovic performing the ritual, she uses using to write bizarre phrases on the wall such as “fresh morning urine sprinkle over nightmare dreams,” or “with a sharp knife cut deeply into the middle finger of your left hand eat the pain.”

The 75-year, who  also created an “aphrodisiac cookbook” titled “Spirit Cooking,” is revered in entertainment circles.
