Update 9:40: There is currently quite a bit of discussion going back and forth between Judge Brian Amero and the state’s attorneys who do not want the ballots released for inspection.

Update 9:50: Judge Amero is asking the Favorito team what the damages are to their clients. The attorneys respond that their clients were injured when their vote was made null and void by election fraud. The attorneys suggest to the court that they have the ability to correct the previous fraud.

Update 10:00: Judge Amero asks the state’s attorneys, ‘How do you know there has been a delusion of the vote unless you look at the ballots?’ He then asks the state, “What has been done? You said you did something but what have you done to inspect the ballots?”

Update 10:15: After 5 minute break Judge Amero allows Charlene McGowan who is representing the Secretary of State to talk. Judge Amero is asking the State Board of Elections to submit an amicus brief. He is giving them more time. He is staying the litigation until the state submits more information. Amero wants to invite State Board of Elections to submit amicus brief, and GBI, 10 or 20 days

Update 10:20: The county is ecstatic. “We are happy.”

Update 10:22: County asks for 20 days delay to put together information. Amero agrees to the request.

Update 10:28: Amero gives the Favorito team 20 days to explain how they will cover the costs for the investigation from today going forward. The sheriff will provide them an estimate of the costs.

Update 10:35: Charlene McGowan who represents the state just claimed the Secretary of State has an open investigation on the 2020 election. This is news to us. She is arguing that the investigation is private and ongoing. Wow.

A court hearing is taking place Monday morning at the Henry County Courthouse in Georgia regarding the audit of the Fulton County absentee ballots.

The Henry County Court will hear motions submitted after granting approval to inspect the 2020 election ballots.
