Republican Candidate J. D. Vance Should Respond to His Many Anti-Trump Statements Before He Attempts to Win the Trump Vote in Ohio Primary

J. D. Vance is an author, veteran, and venture capitalist.
Vance is also the author of Hillbilly Elegy, a powerful account of growing up in a poor Rust Belt town that offers a broader, probing look at the struggles of America’s white working class.

Vance announced his run for the US Senate from Ohio in early July.

Tucker Carlson, who is a friend, cheered the news.

Vance has an impressive collection of prominent supporters and big donors.

J. D. Vance is hoping to capture the Trump vote in the Ohio primary.
This will be a challenge with Marine veteran Josh Mandel in the race.

On Thursday, Ohio Senate candidate Josh Mandel went on The War Room and without hesitation told the Bannon audience that the election was stolen from President Donald Trump.
Mandel has been a staunch Trump supporter for years and supported Donald Trump in the 2016 election.

On the other hand, Vance did not support Trump in 2016.
Vance trashed Donald Trump — regularly.

During the RNC in 2016 Vance was ruthless in his attacks on Donald Trump.
This was particularly vicious.

Vance was particularly vicious about never voting for Donald Trump.

J. D. Vance was proud to oppose Trump.

This is all quite strange since Hillbilly Elegy was published in June 2016.
How did J.D. miss the Trump phenomena after authoring that book?
