Joe Biden on Tuesday delivered remarks after the CDC announced it is recommending vaccinated people wear masks indoors.
A reporter asked Biden if he’s considering a vaccine mandate for all federal employees.

Biden admitted he is considering a vaccine mandate for all federal employees and said unvaccinated people are stupid.
“That’s under consideration right now, but if you’re not vaccinated you’re not nearly as smart as I thought you were,” Biden said.
