Joe Biden called a veteran reporter a “pain in the neck” because she was asking questions about vaccine mandates.
Biden met with Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa al-Kadhimi at the White House on Monday to discuss the “new phase” of the US military’s mission in Iraq.
NBC News White House Correspondent Kelly O’Donnell shouted, “Mr. President! Mr. President! Veterans Affairs is going to have a mandate…”
Biden interrupted the female reporter and called her a “pain in the neck” because she was asking questions unrelated to Iraq.
Of course she laughed it off and said, “I take that as a compliment, Mr. President.”
Imagine the firestorm if Trump said the same thing to a female reporter.
NEW:The president called me a "pain in the neck" (with a smile) as I pressed him on a NEW mandate for doctors at @DeptVetAffairs hospitals to get the COVID vaccine. He did not respond when I pressed if there would be further federal required vaccines. pic.twitter.com/PAnOv7aXPK
