Now Daniel is sitting behind bars for his live-streaming from inside the US Capitol and “not leaving” when he was told to do so.
On Friday Goodwyn had a hearing where he did not wear a facemask. Goodwyn does not believe the science.
Jackass Judge Reggie Walton, a Bush nominated judge, shamed Goodwyn for not wearing a mask in court, saying, “When did you go to medical school?”

The Daily Mail reported:
An unvaccinated Capitol riot suspect and Proud Boys members was blasted by a federal judge for chewing through his masks during his arrest and then refused to wear one before his pretrial hearings.
Daniel Goodwyn allegedly chewed through at least five masks that the FBI gave him during his arrest in January and spit them out and then refused to wear one during a pretrial hearing in June.
In a virtual hearing Friday, US District Judge Reggie Walton said, ‘We have a virus that is killing people. Why is it so hard to wear a mask?’
Goodwyn said because it ‘stresses [him] out’ and he doesn’t believe masks reduced virus transmission.

Judge Walton snapped back like a rubber band: ‘When did you go to medical school, sir? Do you have a medical degree?’
Goodwyn’s mother said her son saw an autism specialist and she believes he has Asperger’s syndrome, but Walton said he wants proof but delayed issuing the arrest warrant.
Goodwyn is one of at least 552 defendants who have been charged in connection with the January 6 violence at the Capitol and 27 have pleaded guilty, according to CBS News.
