International Auditing Expert Shocked at Nevada Sec. of State’s Flimsy Review of Likely Election Fraud – Ignores Biggest Issue

Nevada’s Secretary of State, Barbara Cegavske, announced on Wednesday that there is no evidentiary support for the GOP’s claims that there was widespread voter fraud in her state.

The Daily Mail reported yesterday:

Nevada’s Republican Secretary of State Barbara Cegavske revealed Wednesday she found no evidence to support the state GOP‘s claim of widespread voter fraud in the 2020 general election.

‘[W]hile the NVGOP [Nevada GOP] raises policy concerns about the integrity of mail-in voting, automatic voter registration, and same-day voter registration, these concerns do not amount to evidentiary support for the contention that the 2020 general election was plagued by widespread voter fraud,’ she said in a letter addressed to the Nevada Republican Party…

…Nevada was one of the states in 2020 that sent out mail-in ballots to all registered voters to try and combat potential voting hesitancy in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.

Secretary of State Cegavske was censured by the GOP earlier this month for her actions surrounding the 2020 election.  This was before she unveiled her pronouncement on voter fraud on Wednesday:

Nevada Judge Denies Trump Campaign’s Lawsuit – Ignores 20 Books Full of Evidence

This lady is a real peach.  She provides a response on Wednesday and claims everything is fine, based on a very cursory review of the complaints of fraud presented to her, and then proclaims that there was no voter fraud in Nevada ignoring the most egregious fraud-filled actions taken during the election.

Cegavske claims that her office performed ‘more than 125’ hours of work to go through over 122,000 instances of suspected voter fraud presented to her office.  [Speaking from experience and having done hundreds of audits around the world] 125 hours is a very short amount of time dedicated to an audit.  Most of the audits performed in the private sector average around 400 hours, so her work was very cursory in nature and she proves it in her written response.

For example, in her report noted below, she claims that her team was presented with a list of over 40,000 individuals who were suspected of voting twice. After looking at some of the individuals and providing random explanations, the Secretary of State made a broad statement and ended her investigation (page 6):

…there are a number of alleged “double voters” who merely live on the same street as someone else born in the same year. As such, these additional 18,314 allegations did not warrant further investigation.

In another section (page 7) where individuals were identified with commercial addresses, the Secretary of state looked at 369 out of 8,842 identified record issues and moved on.

In another issue the report discusses voter rolls and deliberate actions by the Clark County (Las Vegas) Registrar to keep 80,000 individuals in the voter rolls (page 10):

B221MAR_4004: This EIVR alleged that the Clark County Registrar deliberately caused an error in the conduct of maintaining accurate voter rolls. Specifically, this EIVR alleges that: There were 81,971 voters in Clark County who were undeliverable [sic] in the Primary, and had been Active voters. Due to Joe Gloria’s malfeasance in maintaining accurate voter rolls, despite Clark County normally providing extremely timely updates to the voter rolls, these voters had a delay of 7 weeks, and ran up against the 90day deadline to modify voter rolls as required by the National Voter Registration Act. The full 81,971 list is provided as an attachment to this, but of concern are the 8,529 voters in the previously undeliverable universe who cast mail in ballots from previously undeliverable addresses. This EIVR was discussed and addressed previously. On July 8 and 9, 2020, the Clark County Registrar’s office received an Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) report from the Office of the (Page 11 of 13) Secretary of State.

In response to the report, the Clark County Registrar’s office sent a mail verification to the voters listed in that report. If the votersdid not respond within 33 days (allowing 3 days for mailing and 30 days for a response), then the votersregistrations were changed from “active” to “inactive”. On August 5, 2020, the Clark County Registrar’s office inactivated the 81,971 voters who did not respond to the mail verification. On August 6, 2020, the Elections Deputy and staff realized that the 90 day “blackout period” (where voter registration list maintenance was prohibited pursuant to the National Voter Registration Act) had begun on August 5, 2020. Recognizing that the voters were inactivated after the blackout period began, and that AB4 prescribed that all active registered voters be sent a mailin ballot, the Elections Deputy coordinated with the Clark County Registrar of Voters to reactivateall 81,971 voters to ensure they received a mailin ballot.

At the end of her report (page 13) she basically passes on reviewing another 14,771 votes:

Of the full list of 15,170 individuals listed on the spreadsheet, 14,771 had vote history from the 2020 general election. As discussed above, there are reasons why a Nevadaregistered voter maypermanently or temporarily live out of state, including to attend college or to satisfy military orders. This request to verify the Nevada residency ofmore than 15,000 individualsis unreasonable, as it is not likely to lead to the discovery of evidence of a crime or a violation of Nevada election law.

Here is the Secretary of States report:

Nevada SoS Fraud by Jim Hoft on Scribd

Biden was given the win in Nevada by less than 34,000 votes.  There are many more outstanding issues still not addressed in Nevada in the report above to more than make up this difference, and this was not the biggest issue in the state.

As noted above, every Nevada voter on their voter rolls was mailed an absentee ballot.  This egregious exercise was then amplified by one major flaw in the election still not addressed.  Nevada basically turned off the signature check on ballots during this election.  This was the perfect storm:

How Democrats Win: Signature Fraud in Nevada: Verification System “Basically Turned Off”

It’s clear that the Nevada Secretary of State is doing a sloppy job addressing 2020 Election complaints with tens of thousands of issues still outstanding, but she appears to have an agenda to disregard the most significant issue in Nevada in the 2020 election – signatures were not checked on the ballots received in the state’s 2020 election and anyone could have sent in a ballot for anyone and signed it and no one would know.

Nevada’s voting process in the 2020 Election was a travesty and the only Republican in a statewide position wants to cover it up.  She absolutely deserved to be censured.
