In January Scott Fairlamb, a gym owner and ultimate fighter in New Jersey, was arrested and charged in federal court for assaulting a federal officer and carrying a weapon at the January 6 protests and storming the US Capitol in Washington DC.
Fairlamb made headlines last year for defying the COVID lockdown orders in New Jersey in order to save his business and livelihood.
Scott Fairlamb has been locked up in isolation without a chance of bond since January.

Fairlamb was carrying a baton inside the US Capitol on January 6.
This is inhumane treatment for someone who scuffled with a Capitol Hill police officer.

The arrest affidavit described contacts from four concerned citizens who told the FBI that Fairlamb was at the Capitol that day and posted videos of himself on Facebook that he later deleted.
At least one person submitted a video that allegedly showed Fairlamb shove and punch an officer on the West Front of the Capitol. Another showed him on the scaffolding outside the Capitol, and an officer’s body cam shows him standing in the crowd wearing camouflage jacket and red shoes, WRNJ reported.
Fairlamb owns Fairlamb Fit in Pompton Lakes, N.J. He told CBS New York in May that he planned to reopen his gym in defiance of the state’s COVID lockdown because Gov. Phil Murphy “overstepped his boundaries” in ordering closures.
Too bad he’s not an Antifa dirtbag.
Fairlamb pleaded not guilty in early April to the charges he stormed the US Capitol and assaulted a police officer.
A DC judge ordered Fairlamb held without bond until his criminal case.
Meanwhile, Antifa organizer John Sullivan who was filmed punching out windows in the US Capitol on Jan. 6 is free to roam and was paid over $70 thousand for his video from inside the Capitol.
You just cannot deny the two-tiered justice system in this country anymore.
