Heroic Policeman Eric Talley – Who Rushed into the Boulder Supermarket to Rescue the Innocent – Leaves Behind Seven Children

This won’t make any screaming headlines.
The Democrats won’t point out his race or his heroic acts.

On Monday Boulder Police Officer Eric Talley ran into the King Soopers supermarket during a mass shooting. The killer, Ahmad Al-Issa, shot Eric dead along with nine other victims.

Officer Talley leaves behind seven children.

Eric’s sister tweeted this out after her brother’s death.

The media does not prop up or promote enough heroes today.
Officer Eric Talley was a courageous man and a hero.

Police Chief Maris Herold remembered fallen officer Talley.

CBS News reported on Officer Talley.

Police officer Eric Talley was the first to respond when a gunman opened fire at a Boulder, Colorado, supermarket on Monday afternoon. The 51-year-old father of seven was one of 10 people killed in the mass shooting.

Talley rushed to the scene of a King Soopers supermarket around 2:30 p.m. and was fatally shot, Boulder Police Chief Maris Herold said during a news conference. The 51-year-old had been with the department since 2010, serving in numerous roles.

Herold called his quick response at the scene “heroic.”
