UPDATE: True the Vote passed this information on to the FBI. True the Vote told The Gateway Pundit the email with the Pakistani firm Kavtech was first emailed to the Nevada Secretary of State in a True the Vote email for some reason. Then Nevada officials responded to True the Vote and Kavtech in their reply.
UPDATE: Turns out @TrueTheVote was itself contracting w/ the Pakistani firm in question. (@whbutt reached out to @RileySnyder re: his story on the allegation.) A True the Vote employee cc'd him – [email protected] – so when the @NVSOS did a *Reply All* w/voter info, there it was. https://t.co/imT7VnCp96

Catherine Engelbrecht is the Founder and President of True The Vote the nation’s largest voters’ rights group.
The organization for over ten years now has been on the front lines of election fraud prevention by building action-oriented election integrity movements in key states, counties, and precincts. ‘True the Vote’ does not advocate for particular parties or candidates only for fair elections at all levels.
True the vote sent us this comment.
We do not know and have never been in contact with anyone at Kavtech, much less give them permission to access voter rolls using our account.
When the breach was identified, we notified both the Nevada Secretary of State and the Department of Justice, in writing, as we were counseled to do.
We are now in contact with the FBI and look forward to working with them however necessary. In the process of their investigation, they will undoubtedly be able to identify the IP addresses from which requests were made, which will clarify that we in fact had no involvement in adding the Kavtech address to the CC line.
We’ve done all we know to do, in the most appropriate and responsible way it could have been done.
Fortunately the tweet was from Dec 29th, so hopefully it’s not going to gain any further traction. Thank you for letting me know, my friend. I hope you’re doing well.
Keep fighting the good fight –
Catherine
