The Camden County Sheriff in southern Missouri released a statement following the media uproar over the pool party.
Sheriff Tony Helms from Camden County told his critics that (violating) social distancing is not a crime. And he went on to say his office has no authority to enforce the rule which is not a crime.
Of course, the liberal mainstream media was horrified and outraged with the video. The liberal media warned of a sea of new coronavirus cases in southern Missouri.
It’s now been over two weeks since the Memorial Day Weekend pool party and state officials say there have been no new coronavirus cases among the crowd at the party.

St. Louis Mayor Lyda Krewson went on MSNBC to lecture the kids while ignoring the 19 shot in her own city that weekend.
FOX News reported:
There have been no new cases of the novel coronavirus among the hundreds who flouted social distancing guidelines and attended pool parties at Missouri’s Lake of the Ozarks over Memorial Day weekend, a state health official said this week.
Videos and photos that showed hundreds of partygoers prompted health officials in the state to express concerns that the large gatherings would lead to a surge in cases of COVID-19. Those who attended were urged to self-quarantine and get tested, while officials in St. Louis County — Lake of the Ozarks is a popular getaway for people who live in St. Louis — later issued a travel advisory.
