The brutal communist regime in China has been in place for more than a generation.  Many people in China cannot remember life where they were not controlled by a communist government.  After Mao died, China made some material changes and began its economic rise.  This lasted until last year and could be the reason behind the China regime’s actions in releasing the coronavirus.
