Dr. Fauci Says His Immunity Testing is Not His Priority — Would Help Leaders Know When to Restart Economy (VIDEO)

On Wednesday Dr. Fauci told reporters immunity testing is not his priority. Fauci’s current concern is testing for those who are sick with the coronavirus at the current time.

Fauci added that understanding the herd immunity is not his priority.

An antibody coronavirus test could determine who has already had the virus and the spread of the coronavirus in society. The results can then be used to determine the mortality rate which continues to change on a bi-weekly basis.

Knowing the number would also allow government to reopen the economy.

Today the unemployment claims jumped another 6.6 million. This is a horrible disaster in the making.

Dr. Fauci’s concern is not getting the economy going again.

Dr. Anthony Fauci: Antibody testing right now is not the first thing on our priority. It’s something that we need to do is testing to see if someone is infected. It is very important ultimately to be able to get a feel for what the penetrance of the what the infection was in society for a number of reasons. You get a better feel for what the impact had been. But also you get a better feel for what the herd immunity would be.
