This wasn’t supposed to happen.
Infectious disease expert, Dr. Anthony Fauci, National Director of NIAID, joined Joe Scarborough on Friday morning to discuss the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
Scarborough was hoping to get Dr. Fauci to hurl a couple zingers at President Trump but it did not work out that way.
In fact, Dr. Fauci praised Donald Trump.
Dr. Anthony Fauci: Clearly early on we made a travel ban in regard to China. That was a very smart move right there because what that did was prevent a major influx from China. Today, the new China is Europe. Because Europe now is the major element, the major geographic component that is now seeding other countries throughout the world.
And ONLY President Trump had the courage to make such an important and historic decision!
