Hero Jim Jordan (OH) has been selected to replace Georgia Rep Doug Collins as the top Republican on the Judiciary Committee.
Doug Collins recently announced he is running for a US Senate seat in Georgia so he will be stepping away from his post to focus on his campaign.
The committee unanimously voted to replace Collins with Jim Jordan on Thursday.
Jim Jordan is a staunch supporter of Trump and vigorously defended him during the House impeachment hearings.
The President praised Jim Jordan on Thursday morning during his victory speech following the Senate’s acquittal vote.
