Flashback: Only Steele Dossier Segment Not Included by Mueller in His Report Involves Romey’s Failed Appointment to Trump Cabinet

Senator Mitt Romey, also known as Pierre Delecto from his fake Twitter account, is also linked to the Russia collusion hoax.

The infamous Christopher Steele provided a number of small articles, together known as the Steele Dossier, to the Deep State to use to obtain the FISA warrant to spy on Carter Page and candidate and President Trump.

All the known articles produced by Steele were included in the Mueller report.  All but one.

We reported in March of 2018 that there was one piece of the dossier that relates to former Republican presidential candidate and current Utah Senator, Mitt Romney.  The information came from a report in The New Yorker.

According to the March 2018 article in the New Yorker, Christopher Steele had an unpublished memo with claims the Russians told Trump to pass up Mitt Romney as his choice for Secretary of State [emphasis added]:

One subject that Steele is believed to have discussed with Mueller’s investigators is a memo that he wrote in late November, 2016, after his contract with Fusion had ended. This memo, which did not surface publicly with the others, is shorter than the rest, and is based on one source, described as “a senior Russian official.” The official said that he was merely relaying talk circulating in the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but what he’d heard was astonishing: people were saying that the Kremlin had intervened to block Trump’s initial choice for Secretary of State, Mitt Romney. (During Romney’s run for the White House in 2012, he was notably hawkish on Russia, calling it the single greatest threat to the U.S.) The memo said that the Kremlin, through unspecified channels, had asked Trump to appoint someone who would be prepared to lift Ukraine-related sanctions, and who would coöperate on security issues of interest to Russia, such as the conflict in Syria. If what the source heard was true, then a foreign power was exercising pivotal influence over U.S. foreign policy—and an incoming President.

This of course leads to more questions.  Steele reportedly claimed under oath that he didn’t produce any more memoranda after October 2016 with none produced in November:

But if you look at the Mueller report (which contains every single other Steele falsehood), there is no mention of Romney.

Regardless whether Mueller found any evidence for this one way or the other, it should be noted in the Mueller report. Why was this one left out?

Why was Romney mentioned in the Steele dossier?  Is this why Romney attacks President Trump on everything that he does and says?
