Old Joe is confused again.
77-year-old Joe Biden on Friday forgot what state he was in so he jumbled two states together just to be safe.
“Right here in the state of North South Carolina.” Biden said during an event in South Carolina.

Biden raised eyebrows earlier this week when he declared he was running for the US Senate.
Biden also said he was “looking forward to appointing the first African-American woman to the United States Senate.
