Democrat officials on Tuesday afternoon released partial results from Monday night’s Iowa caucuses after a “coding error” caused a delay.
With 62% of the precincts reporting, Mayor Pete Buttigieg had 27%, Socialist Bernie Sanders got 25%, fake Indian Elizabeth Warren got 18% and Biden came in last place at 15%!
The Democrats didn’t want searing headlines torching Biden for his loss Monday night so they waited to release the results after the candidates were already off to New Hampshire.
ABC reported:
The Iowa Democratic Party began releasing the majority of caucus results late Tuesday afternoon–a highly anticipated move following a problem-plagued night of voting.
With 62% of precincts reporting, former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg had 27% of the vote and Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders had 25%, according to the Iowa Democratic Party.
Iowa Democrat Party Chair Tony Price on Tuesday played politics and refused to directly answer questions related to the app failure.
