At a Bermuda Executive Forum in March 2019 — a year ago — Michael Bloomberg cracked a joke about a father and son who died from a heroin overdose after attending the same party.

The New York Daily News reported:
Speaking at the Bermuda Executive Forum in Manhattan in March, the billionaire ex-mayor referenced a Daily News front-page story about the tragic October 2017 deaths of Carlos and Joseph Andrade, a previously unreported video shows.

Joseph Andrade, 44, and his 22-year-old son, Carlos, were found unconscious outside an apartment in Greenwood Heights after using heroin at a birthday bash on Oct. 30, 2017. The relatives were rushed to a hospital where they both died.

Wow.
