LEAK From Horowitz’s Report: Comey and Strzok Unscathed – FBI Lawyer Kevin Clinesmith Faces Criminal Probe For Altering Carter Page Docs

Michael Horowitz

The Deep State is leaking and spinning ahead of Michael Horowitz’s much-anticipated report on FISA abuses which is set to be released shortly.

According to leaks from the New York Times, Horowitz’s report will not condemn former FBI Director James Comey or former counterintelligence chief Peter Strzok.

Rather, a low-level FBI lawyer named Kevin Clinesmith is facing criminal charges for ‘altering an email’ related to the Carter Page FISA documents.

Recall, Kevin Clinesmith was one of several FBI lawyers who was previously referred for investigation by the DOJ IG for sending anti-Trump text messages over official FBI phones.

Mueller fired Clinesmith for his anti-Trump text messages.

Mr. Clinesmith was referred to as “FBI Attorney 2” in the DOJ IG report released last year about FBI misconduct during the 2016 election — Clinesmith previously worked under Peter Strzok on the CI investigation into Trump opened in July of 2016 dubbed “Crossfire Hurricane.”

In June of 2018, Rep. Mark Meadows (R-NC) unmasked two of the previously unidentified, anti-Trump, pro-Hillary FBI investigators referred for investigation by the Inspector General.

One of the FBI lawyers was Sally Moyer, the other was Kevin Clinesmith.

Clinesmith text messaged “Viva le resistance” to his FBI lover and she replied, ‘Screw you Trump,’ and said that Hillary Clinton ‘better win … otherwise i’m gonna be walking around with both of my guns.’

Sally Moyer also called Trump supporters in Ohio ‘retarded,’ and added “F*ck Trump.”
