‘Did I Make You Proud?’ Biden Camp Blasts Out Post-Debate Fundraising Email…Several Hours Before Debate Begins

Joe Biden’s staff blasted out a post-debate email begging for money and asking for feedback on his debate performance….several hours before the debate began Wednesday.

The subject line of the email, which was blasted out seven hours before the debate was scheduled to kick off read, “Did I make you proud?”

“I’m leaving the fifth Democratic debate now,” the email said. “I hope I made you proud out there, and I hope I made it clear to the world why our campaign is so important.”

Biden’s camp sent a follow-up email an hour later apologizing for the awkward gaffe, reported Politico.

“Oops,” the subject line read. “You might have just gotten an email from Joe about just getting off of the debate stage. That’s our bad.”

“We know Joe is going to make us proud tonight. We were just so excited for it that we accidentally hit send too soon,” the email goes on, before spinning the mistake into another solicitation, asking for donations “right now so we can give Joe the good news before he hits the stage.”

Biden’s previous debate performances have been a disaster.

Biden often jumbles his words and previously ranted about phonographs and record players.

The question is, will anyone congratulate Grandpa Joe on his new grandchild?
