He made the the comments during testimony by US Attorney General Bill Barr in front of the US Senate.

Lindsey Graham has no intention of confronting the latest criminal coup of this great American president.
On Thursday Lindsey Graham passed a meaningless resolution condemning the secret impeachment proceedings by Democrats.
Senator Rand Paul congratulated Lindsey for his meaningless resolution and ONCE AGAIN challenged him to keep his word and start holding hearings against this criminal deep state intent on removing the Republican President.
