NEW VIDEO from Barisha, Syria Shows Al-Qaeda Group HTS on the Scene after Baghdadi’s Death and Bodies of Dead Fighters in the Field

On Sunday, U.S. forces swept into Syria and took out Islamic State chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi near Barisha, Syria.

As we reported on Saturday night after news of the raid a little know Twitter account Mohamad Rasheed posted video of the military operation in the area on Saturday night.  Rasheed posted this video of war planes near Barisha before news broke that US forces were going after ISIS leader al-Baghdadi.

Translated: Several helicopters fly over Barrisha area of northern Idlib countryside on the Turkish-Syrian border and are targeting the area with heavy machine guns, amid anti-aircraft fire to counter these helicopters, without any information about the affiliation of these helicopters or the nature of the operation carried out in the area.

Following the successful US mission targeting al-Baghdadi and after US forces left the area local Syrians went out to inspect the situation.
One video shows the bodies of ISIS fighters(?) on the ground in the area.
(Very graphic footage)

Photos were posted online of the four men killed in the attack.

And then a bit later video was produced of a civilian living near the site of the US attack speaking to HTS fighters.

HTS is short for Hayat Tahriri al-Sham an active Salafist jihadist militant group. HTS is accused of working as al-Qaeda’s Syrian branch on a covert level and is considered one of its branches.

The locals also believe they found Baghdadi’s vest he wore in a video.
