JUST IN: House Democrats Subpoena Pentagon For Ukraine Documents as Coup Intensifies

House Democrats on Monday subpoenaed the Pentagon and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for Ukraine documents as a part of their coup impeachment push against President Trump.

The House Intelligence Committee chaired by liar Adam Schiff issued the subpoena, however the documents will be shared among three key committees.

“The subpoenaed documents shall be collected as part of the House’s impeachment inquiry and shared among the Committees…,” the letter stated.

“Your failure or refusal to comply with the subpoena, including at the direction or behest of the President or the White House, shall constitute evidence of obstruction of the House’s impeachment inquiry and may be used as an adverse inference against you and the President,” the letter stated.

The Pentagon and OMB have until October 15 to produce the documents, according to the letter.

The House Democrats still have not voted on articles of impeachment and they still have not named a crime committed by Donald Trump — Their impeachment inquiry is based on a partisan CIA officer and LEAKER who is trying to pass himself off as a whistleblower.

The CIA officer who filed a whistleblower complaint against President Trump used second-hand knowledge and gossip to allege President Trump engaged in quid pro quo to pressure Zelensky to investigate the Biden crime family.

The CIA officer, who is a registered Democrat, ran to House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff’s staffers with the allegations without alerting the Intel Community’s Inspector General.

Furthermore, Schiff broke the House rules by withholding the classified information from the Minority members of the Intel Panel (such as Devin Nunes).

The Dems do not have a crime so their plan is to create one out of thin air, citing “Obstruction of Congress.”

The Democrats have issued subpoenas to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the White House, Giuliani and now the Pentagon — when the Trump White House and others refuse to comply with the subpoenas, the House Dems will file articles of impeachment for “Obstruction of Congress” (not obstruction of justice).

Even if the House of Representatives votes to impeach President Trump, 20 Republican Senators would have to flip on Trump in order to reach the required 67 votes to convict the president in the Senate.
