At This Critical Point In Our History Americans Must Stand with Our President, Country and Constitution! | The Gateway Pundit

Not since the great Civil War has our country stared down the face of treason and sedition to the extent we are today. After the first Republican President, Abraham Lincoln, won the election, the Democrats broke from the country and our Constitution and started their own country so they could continue to enslave Americans.

Today we face a similar fate as Democrats bit by bit destroy our great country’s traditions, policies and Constitution, in an effort to overthrow another great American Republican President, Donald J. Trump.

Bit by bit the Democrat Party, the prior Obama Administration holdovers, the corrupt members of the Deep State and their corrupt and dishonest media are destroying the country we love! Their criminal investigations and the corrupt actions of these characters are the opposite of what we stand for.

America stands for freedom and justice for all. The Constitution provided Americans the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence avowed –

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

What the Democrats, the Deep State and their media are doing, is destroying the country and the Constitution that we love. With Schiff’s sham impeachment of President Trump, the Constitution is under attack.

This is not the first sham investigation President Trump and Americans have faced. We just stumbled away from the sham Mueller investigation, again created by Democrats and promoted by corrupt and criminal actors in their Deep State and media.

For three years candidate and then President Trump was under investigation, surveillance and attack. Multiple criminal actions, including set ups of the President’s team and false crimes were propagated. They attempted to take him down, have him removed and impeached based on false crimes, but they underestimated President Trump’s strength, courage and resolve. To hell with the Deep State.

We put together a list of over 130 times the FBI, DOJ and/or the Mueller gang “Deviated from Standard Practice” or committed crimes in efforts to exonerate Hillary and indict President Trump.

The Deep State goons who go after President Trump do not care about policies and precedents, the law or the Constitution.

In both the Mueller investigation and the Schiff Sham there are no crimes that the President committed, only make believe crimes promoted by the corrupt media. ‘Collusion’ was not a crime and neither is ‘interference with an election’, the current charge against the President.

Attorney David Rivkin and professor Elizabeth Price Foley point out that President Trump has committed no crime in regards to his actions with the Ukraine –

The effort has another problem: There is no evidence on the public record that Mr. Trump has committed an impeachable offense. The Constitution permits impeachment only for “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.” The Founders considered allowing impeachment on the broader grounds of “maladministration,” “neglect of duty” and “mal-practice,” but they rejected these reasons for fear of giving too much power to Congress. The phrase “high crimes and misdemeanors” includes abuses of power that do not constitute violations of criminal statutes. But its scope is limited.

Abuse of power encompasses two distinct types of behavior. First, the president can abuse his power by purporting to exercise authority not given to him by the Constitution or properly delegated by Congress—say, by imposing a new tax without congressional approval or establishing a presidential “court” to punish his opponents. Second, the president can abuse power by failing to carry out a constitutional duty—such as systematically refusing to enforce laws he disfavors. The president cannot legitimately be impeached for lawfully exercising his constitutional power.

Applying these standards to the behavior triggering current calls for impeachment, it is apparent that Mr. Trump has neither committed a crime nor abused his power. One theory is that by asking Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate Kyiv’s involvement in the 2016 U.S. presidential election and potential corruption by Joe Biden and his son Hunter was unlawful “interference with an election.” There is no such crime in the federal criminal code (the same is true of “collusion”). Election-related offenses involve specific actions such as voting by aliens, fraudulent voting, buying votes and interfering with access to the polls. None of these apply here.

In American law you are not allowed to coach witnesses or prevent them from answering questions, which the Schiff Sham now allows.

Americans have the right to due process, the right to confront their accusers and the right to call witnesses that will help their case. The Schiff Sham allows none of this.

We have never had courts with two sets of juries – one set of jurors who are able to call and interrogate witnesses and another who can only sit and listen. The Schiff Sham does.

The Schiff Sham is a total abuse of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The precedents that this sham puts in place, like the Mueller sham, are destructive and against the American rule of law and the Constitution.

If the Democrats, the elites, the Deep State, the NeverTrumpers and their corrupt media believe that good Americans will allow this Schiff Sham to continue as it is, they are grossly mistaken. Good Americans have a boiling point and this sham is it!

We will fight for justice and the rule of law.

We will stand up and fight for our President, our country and our blessed Constitution!
