According to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Public Affairs June 15, 2019 news release titled “Border Patrol Arrests Convicted Child Rapist-Previously Deported Man Attempted to Re-enter the U.S.” on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 U.S. Border Patrol Agents from the Brian A. Terry Station operating in the Tucson Sector arrested Mexican national Carlos Blancas-Rojas, age 37, for being illegally present in the United States.

Border Patrol Agents doing the processing of Carlos Blancas-Rojas, through records checks, revealed three things about him:

First, Carlos Blancas-Rojas had been convicted of a felony by the state of Washington for the Rape of a Child in 2008.

Second, Carlos Blancas-Rojas still has an active bench warrant in Washington.

Third, Carlos Blancas-Rojas has been removed from the United States twice, his second deportation following the felony conviction.

Currently, Carlos Blancas-Rojas (ID: 327303; DOB: unknown) is reported to be in federal custody awaiting prosecution for the illegal re-entry of a previously deported aggravated felon.
