Peter Navarro Agrees with President Trump on Lunatic Fed Chair Jerome Powell: His Pride Prevents Him From Acknowledging Severe Mistakes (VIDEO)

Peter Navarro, the Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy under President Trump, joined David Asman on Lou Dobbs Tonight to discuss the latest in the US trade war with China.

Navarro defended President Trump after the volatile moves in the US markets on Friday following the news that China would apply new tariffs to US farm exports to the Chinese mainland.

During the segment Asman asked Peter Navarro on Fed Chair Jerome Powell’s disappointing announcement today that he would continue with higher interest rates and slow the US economy.

Asman asked Navarro about the president’s tweet: “Who is our bigger enemy, Jay Powell or Chairman Xi?”

David Asman: Do you really think that Chairman Powell is an enemy?

Peter Navarro: He certainly is destroying a healthy growth rate in this country with his interest rate policies and his seeming pride not to acknowledge what was a severe mistake. And insted what he does is he blames things on trade tensions when in fact everybody knows that if rates go up and our currency goes up our exports got to go down and our growth has to go down.

Navarro is correct. Fed Chair Jerome Powell ruined the Trump miracle economy last year with his insistence to raise interest rates — something the Fed NEVER DID under Barack Obama. He is a very dangerous man and is now too proud to reverse his catastrophic decisions.
