New York Times political editor Tom Wright-Piersanti was exposed as an anti-Semite in a report by Breitbart News published Thursday. Wright-Piersanti posted tweets mocking Jewish people and described himself as an anti-Semite a decade ago. After the Breitbart report, Wright-Piersanti deleted several offending tweets and locked his Twitter account for a time but then unlocked it and posted an apology, saying, “I have deleted tweets from a decade ago that are offensive. I am deeply sorry.”

Breitbart reported Wright-Piersanti also targeted Indian nationals for online abuse.
