Portland police and their “partner agencies” have maintained a heavy presence so far throughout the dueling protests, working to keep the groups separated. A few people have been brought into custody, including a shirtless dude who has been shouting incoherently since the start, as he accosts several of the Trump supporters.

A couple of milkshakings have taken place as well.
The antifa thugs continue to shout obscenities at the Trump supporters, calling them pussies, as antifa gangs up 100-10. One antifa thug can be heard yelling “WHAT’S GREY AND LOOKS GOOD ON POLICE? THE WORLD TRADE CENTER!” at the cops. The guys carrying American flags are called nazis while the people carrying communist flags are considered to be the brave freedom fighters. Overall, the event has not gotten as crazy as people feared. Yet.
Here’s another guy taken into custody before the march got underway. Unclear why or what “side” he was on.
Antifa was already lighting dumpsters on fire before the marches began.
