Woke Google Skips Honoring Independence Day — But Runs Patriotic Theme After Trump-Bashing Women’s Soccer Team Wins

The Wokeness of Google–

Google skipped honoring Independence Day this year.

This is a view of the Google homepage on July 4th:

But when the American women, many of them Trump-haters, won the World Cup, this is their homepage display.

Reader Benjamin sent this in:

How are you? My name is Benjamin. I’m an ex-liberal newly minted Conservative! I’m writing you because of what I noticed on Google’s homepage on July 4th vs today, July 8th.

On July 4th, Independence day, Google’s home page was of baseballs and fans drawn in their typical children-esque style-no pictures of flags or anything indicating it was the July 4th holiday.

Fast forward to today, July 8th, and they have a colorful drawing of a USA Woman’s Team soccer player dressed as the Statue of Liberty waving the flag with fireworks in the background.

As soon as I noticed this today I was outraged and sickened at this obvious statement about our country. Here you have an American’s woman’s soccer star Megan Rapinoe not holding her heart during the National Anthem at games, and cursing when referring to President Trump if asked if she would accept an invitation to the White House. This is the representation of what America is to Google. Apparently, the day we got our Independence as a nation is not good enough for that mantle.

I wonder if there is a writer out there who may be willing to expose this blatant dislike of America by Google. Perhaps it would be appropriate on your awesome site!

Thanks Benjamin.
What an awful display by Google.
